Why can't user see report which is in their BI Launchpad Inbox?


I have created WebI report and scheduled two instances with the results delivered to the BI Inboxes of the members of a group with one member whom I'll call "Jane" and me. One has "Schedule only for myself" selected in the "Schedule For" section. The other has "Schedule for specified users and user groups" with the group of which Jane is a member and me selected. I can see both report instances in my BI Inbox from the BI Launch Pad. I can see the report in Jane's BI Inbox via the Central Management Console, but she cannot see the report in her BI Inbox from the BI Launch Pad.

Any suggestions?
