Good Experts,
In CLM, where else can one maintain the notifications exept on the master agreement types? Some users in my organisation, do not want to receive notifications when changes are made on the agreement but only want to be notified when it is due for renewal. Is it possible to do this in CLM?
Please advise.
Thank you!
Precious
Hi,
One way of handling this is to goto Setup --> Mail configurations and set the Buy side action for the unwanted mails to "Delete". You can leave the Renewal reminder one to Send.
Another way that some users adopt is to setup filters in their mailbox and divert all emails from e.g. Sourcing or CLM to a specfic folder. That way those CLM related mails can be ignored.
Hope this is of help,

Hi Vikram,
I am working on similar requirement where we want Renewal Reminder notifications to be mandatory for Collaborators but it should be optional to send notifications when there are changes on master agreement. We cant delete the mails from mail configuration as they are required if user unchecks the "Do not send notification".
Is there any way to restrict the kind of notifications that can be sent to Collaborators?
Thanks,
Saloni
