New server - No message is SXMB_MONI

Hi Experts,

We have one fresh server, where we are testing the file to file scenario.

File sender adaptor is able to pick the xml file from directory location but it NOT reaching at target location - same directory location.

Hence, not showing any status in SXMB_MONI.

It is showing below System error in RWB-

                                                    The message status was set to DLNG.

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://SVHQPIQ02:50100/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 401 : Unauthorized.

Error                                              The message status was set to NDLV.

I already check :-

                         Recevier adaptor is working fine in communication channel monitoring.

                         Refresh the  SXI_CACHE

                         There are no queque in SMQ1 and SMQ2 . also deleted all queques in SMQR.

But no Luck ... Where is the problem.

Hi Anshul,

Use SXMB_ADM to configure Integration Engine so that messages are logged in Integration Engine.

Change Integration Engine Configuration--Change Configuration

Maintain the following parameters

Category:RUNTIME

Parameter:Logging

Current Value :1

For HTTP 401 Error

Please check the user id maintained in receiver channel is locked or  if password maintained is correct or not

Basically the communication between adapter engine and integration engine fails here.  Take help from BASIS. Java stack engine requires sufficient role to access the integration engine. Very similar thread
