maxdb database studio 7.9 error in installation

Hello gurus,

I need your help to overcome a problem. I cannot use amxd database studio 9.8. Once it's started it shows the error

COULD NOT ACCESS USER MANAGMENT.

Just to add more info the usual question for initial creation of the user of DB studio never appeared.

I have reinstalled it several time deleting the content even in document & settings/<user>/sdb.

my java version is this one

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>>java -version

java version "1.6.0_31"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_31-b05)

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.6-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

any suggestion?
