Allignment issue when taking print out of smartform

Hi Everyone,

I am new here, I hope it's right place to ask my doubt. If not please let me know.

I created a smartform, which has 0.3cm left and 0.3cm right margin(As per requirement). When I test run it with "print preview" option, output was satisfactory. Even when i took print out @ HP Laserjet 2840 printer it was same as preview. Now when i am taking print on other printer it is little more(~1cm) right aligned, so last three characters of each line is not coming in print out. I also tried to take .pdf  of that form using "pdf410pro" software, the result is same(Truncating last 1cm).

Smartform ->Goto -> PDF Preview gives the desired reult. But again when taking print out or creating PDF its truncate last 1 cm of the form.

PS : The only one printer is giving the output as in PREVIEW.

Hi,

I got the solution. It was actually printer configuration problem.

For 'pdfFactory Pro" i changed margin values in "Printing Preferences" and now it's giving the right output.

Now I hope the same changes will work for other users too.
