Subsequent rental influence for vacancy reason marked as Error before Automatic Overwrite - not working

Good day.

Upon saving the second contract offer, it overwrites the original vacancy reason automatically without the error message. We have configured the vacancy reason as Error Before Automatically Overwrite and still allow us to attach another contract offer or contract to the rental object.

I have tried to do the same in our system, but when I create the first Contract offer on a Rental object with a vacancy reason with rental influence 2 (Error Before Autom. Overwrite) then I immediately get an error message that it is not possible to create an offer or contract for this rental object.

Did you perhaps put a mark in the field Informational assignment? If this is the case then it is possible to attach the rental object to an offer or contract.

It is always the case when creating a second contract or offer that the Informational assignment mark is set standard because the object is belonging to another contract or offer.

We use the contract offer (reorof) to reserve a unit for multiple persons but with different periods, apparently what the system was doing is to overwrite the original occupancy status whenever we assign made another contract offer.
