Hi,
when I call upspl I can see some hierarchy noodes in grey - why? From my point of view it seems that it is not an authorization problem. Any idea?

UPSPL is just to execute the planning folder. you will have to just select the desired planning folder and execute.
But i think you want to edit the planning folder, the use UPSPM.
