What Type of Scenario are you trying, is it Proxy to * or * to Proxy?

Your question still requires elaboration about the real issue. Please post a detailed question.

I'm trying to create a proxy *, but the problem is when I try to assign the channel of communication to the integrated configuration, it only allows me to select communication channels with adapter type AAE

Christian,

If you are working on "Proxy to * " scenario using Integrated Configuration, you are supposed to use SOAP adapter as your Communication Channel with XI 3.0 as your protocol.

This will do the trick for you.

Why I can not use xi adapter? What should I set xi adapter to use?

Christian,

With Integrated Configurations, you cannot use XI Adapter as it lies on ABAP stack.

Using Integrated Configurations, You give commands to SAP PI that you are supposedly be using Advanced Adapter Engine and not Integration Engine. Hence you cannot use XI Adapter.

If you still wish to use Integrated Configuration you have to use SOAP Adapter with XI protocol, which also provides similar functionality.

For the purpose if you require to use XI adapter I will suggest you better go with normal scenario method, using Sender Agreement, Receiver Determination, Interface Determination and Receiver Agreement.

For more Information Follow this How to Guide which applies well for Dual stack installation of 7.3:-

Since you have dual stack, you can go for integration engine or AAE processing. If you prefer AAE mesg processing, you need to use SOAP adapter XI mode.  If you need to go for XI adapter then try classical integration engine processsing. The above reply document helps you to understand.

i  solved the problem with the note 1638667, but now i can´t see the sender and receiver agreement, receiver determination and interface determination in the scenario view, you can help me

Because you are using integrated configuration object which covers all the four object in it. You are using AAE processing. Go and check integration configuration object and navigate the tabs in it.

Your question is not fully clear. Let me try to understand.

Creating proxy interface is pretty similar in all versions. BTW, What is IP?

You just need to create communication channel of type XI and reference that in the receiver agreement. This is for server proxy on the receiver side. You dont need channel for the sender/client proxy.

Are you referring Integration Process? Are u doing ccbpm scenario? Just curious...

If so, Integration Process does not support proxy interface. Reason is IP represents only abstract interfaces where proxy supports directional (either outbound or inbound) interfaces.

Please elaborate more if you have still questions.
