end customer is diffrent for quotation and sales order

HI ALL

when the quotaion is created same details such as sold to party,ship to party details gets copied to sales order after that endcustomer id is different in quotation and sales order

any suggestion would be greatly appriciated

hi jhansi,

pls maintain copy control settings at transaction type and item category detemination levels both for Quotation and Sales order transactions ...

in case of any issue pls post back !!!

thanks for the reply actualy it is working fine for the some sale sorders and end customer diffrence is there for some quotaions and salesorders checked the copycontrol details are mainatined but stil i could find the error any more suggestions to over come

Could u check this way ..

create Quotation and sale order separately for those customers for whom this prob exists...

if u wer able to create ... u shld b able to follow-on the quotation to Order Screen ..

let me know if still the prob persists !!!

for the quote of ship to party it is an end to customer for the salesorder

so we are finding the difference between endcustomer of quote and ship to party
