Free Goods Item not determine on TAN item category

Hi Experts,

I am facing problem in generating Free Goods line item while generating Sales Order. Kindly go through my scenario, my configuration & suggest me the solution.

Scenario :- For material A if customer buy 100 no. then 1 no. will be given free  (100+1=101(Exclusive)).

Configuration :-

V/N4  Free Goods Types - maintained

V/N5  Free Goods Procedure for SD

V/N6  Free Goods Procedure determination for SD

M/N2 Free Goods Table maintained

VBN1 Free Goods - Create Condition (Exclusive maintained)

OMA5 Field catalog V_T681 free goods

V/N1 Maintain accesses

V/N2 Create Free Goods table

In item category determination following condition maintained

Doc Typ        it.c grp          Usage         H.Lvl.Itc        Dflt.itc

OR     NORM     FREE     TAN     TANN

In pricing procedure R100 condition maintained with requirement with 55 & Condition Formula for Basis with 28 which is working correctly with item category TANN.

My problem is when I generate Sale Order for 100 no for material A with item category TAN system dos't determine free item, but when I create another sales order item for same material A for 100 no with item category TANN then system determine free good & create another line item for 1 free good with item category TANN.

In short system is determining free good on TANN item category but not on TAN item category.

Kindly suggest me the solution.

In V/07, pls check if the pricing is X for TAN and B for TANN.

Its not V/07 its VOV7 Maintain Item category

Hello Shantanu,

Have you maintained the condition records for the free goods for this which is not coming in sales order?

If not then maintain the condition records for this as well at VBN1

Also check if your VOV7 for TAN and TANN names been changed some how ?

I am saying this because no where you have mentioned you have maintained condition records;
