OASV document not showing in AW01

Hi All,

I have a query. I did AS91 to upload legacy data. Then i did OASV to give effect to the G/L accounts. But when i am trying to see the same in Asset explorers transaction field, it is not showing. Reason i guess is that when we do OASV we don't mention the Asset code, so the system does not pic the same in AW01.

Please let me know any other way through which we can see the values in transaction field of AW01 after doing OASV

Regards

Bharat

      Hi,

To display the value in AW01N, no need to update the value in OASV, that is required only for GL:account posting.

Please check the asset master in AS93 whether value have been saved or not.

    Dear,

OASV is to update the Initial load values into SAP FI with ref to Assets.

So, this is not possible. Think logically, when you have uploaded 1000 assets value 10000000 and passed a single JV in FI using OASV, how system split that amount asset wise and shows you at AW01N.

    Hope this helps
