Hi all ,
In my first
I have a table in main window and 2 text's (includes) .... as of now in my development client we have only one line item in table to display ,
( what happens when table is filled in first page completely ?)
and first text include starts printing in first page .. as I kept page protection for 2nd text the data in that text is displaying in next page , here the print preview shows 2nd text (include ) from the point where the main window starts in first page ...That is after some 10cms ...
in my first page main window general attributes .... upper margin value is some 10 cm ...
is there any alternative to print this in my required format
Hi Nagarjun
When the table is filled in first page completely, automatic page-break comes into picture. So the next line item will be printed on the main window in next page.
And.. "as I kept page protection for 2nd text the data in that text is displaying in next page"..
Page protection wont make your 2nd text print on the second page.. If a line item of the table is big, sometimes half of the line item gets printed in next page. That is when you use page protection.
If you dont want the text to be printed on first page, go to the "Conditions" tab of the text node, and check the "Not on first page" checkbox.

Hi,
If i have understood your problem correctly then you can try the following:
Create a second page copying the first page that is copy you present page(that is page 1) and create a page 2.Make the page 2 as the next page of page 1.In the page 2 you can make the upper margin of the main window a bit lower(maybe 4 cm or something, depending on you requirement). The next page of page 2 will be page 2 itself.
Hope this will solve your problem.

Hi Harshad,
Actually my form has 2 pages first and second .
In first page I have some windows to display address ,RFQ no ,Vendor details .... after these windows
main window it has got table to display and below that table a text (Include text) ..some time this text exceeds first page ...am getting next page not defined error
In second page one secondary window which covers the whole length of the page and has got one text (also include text ) this include text varies ,
some times second page is enough...
my problem is when the text exceeds the length of the Second page , few lines are missing ......
Hi,
1) main window it has got table to display and below that table a text (Include text) ..some time this text exceeds first page ...am getting next page not defined error
For the above just make the next page of the first page as the second page.
2) In second page one secondary window which covers the whole length of the page and has got one text (also include text ) this include text varies ,
some times second page is enough...
For the above create a new page with one main window covering the entire page with the next page as the second page itself.
Hope it solves your probelm.
