C4C B2B customer Support, can a reply mail with Ticket ID be sent automatically?

Hi,

I have setup the B2B customer support in Email to ticket scenarios in C4C.

Whenever a mail is received from a known account, a new ticket is getting created in C4C.

Is there any setup to send a automatic reply mail using branding templates to the account/Customer's Email ID with the ticket ID that created .
