Funds Management tables

Could anyone explain more clearly from a functional point of view, the difference between

- the tables FMBH (FM budget header - entry documents) / FMBL (FM budget document lines - entry documents)

- and the table FMBDP (FM budget change line items table)

Thanks, Guy Verschueren

Hi Guy,

FMBH/FMBL are header and lines of a budgetary document. FMBDP, though, will have the info about the status of the document in the workflow. I.e. if the document was pre-posted and then posted or rejected, you'll find this info in FMBDP.

Regards,

Eli

P.S. Change documents are always generated, when changes are made to the totals records for existing budget values. Change documents provide a complete history of the changes made to budget values.
