External credit limit amount required in Collections Worklist

Hallo,

As part of the layout in the Collection worklist, the Credit Limit amount and Utilization % is displayed.

This is all fine when you define the credit limit amount yourself in the Credit Segment Data screen and it gets updated accordingly whenever the worklist is generated.

But what if the credit limit is provided by an external credit agency?

In this case, the field "Limit defined" is not populated and instead under "Further information" then in the block "Additional info. in Credit Management" the external credit agency name, amount of the credit limit provided and dates are populated.

Thus, the credit limit field and utilization % is blank in the collection worklist and I need the credit information to be populated in these fields.

Is there a BAdI that needs to be activated to populate the required fields or any other solution please?

Many thanks

    Hi Dawld,

In worklist Credit limit & Credit limit utilization % are updated from credit segmant that is standerd.. if you want external limit also need to be updtaed in worklist then you can use BADI UDM_WL_ITEM_DISP_C. I suggest you to create additional fields External credit limit instead of standerd credit limit field.

    Thanks & Regards,
