QM error while creating PO

Dear All,

Client is getting an error when creating PO in ME21N.

"Quantity approved by QM already exceeded by 1500.00 KG"

Please advice how to solve this error.

Hello Venkat,

Are you using Q-Info Records in your scenario ?

If yes, there would be Quantity mentioned something and which is exceeding in your case.

Check & change Q-info record and try.
