This is simply a production issue.  If you can do a GR after opertion 0010 the recieved material can be setup to go to QI.  This is a function of the 04 inspection type.  Activate the 04 inspection type and click on the post to QI stock indicator.  QM doesn't care when the GR is done.  It is the order taht might care depending on your design.

    • Nope.  No can do.

Can you elaborate on yourr process a bit?  This would not be considered a standard QM best practice.  Manufacturing usually doesn't get to decide what gets inspected and what doesn't.  It leaves to many potential problems.

If a QA inspector wants to randomally select product for inspection, they should use movements to post the material to QI, it wouldn't be done via the order.  Manual 04 inspection lots could also be created with reference to the order, (not stock relevant however).

i think this is not possible since you have to maintian the requirement in the material master quality view.

you can check on the detailed view of inspection type 04.
