Short Dump when preview Document Builder for Contract

Dear All,

Iam now implement document builder for contract in SRM. All configuration for accessing and creating document builder from contract document is already done. When Iam creating a document and release it, there will be three report type in tab preview (Document, Reviewer's Check List and Responses Report). The problem is, when I want to preview the document, Iam getting short dump 'Web Dynpro application /IPRO/3C3F786D6C2076657273696F6E3D22312E302220656E does not exist'. I've checked all services needed for document builder in SICF and its all already activated.

Does anyone know what might cause this dump?

I am in process of implementing the SAP Document builder.
