Hi Ardie,

Solution

This error occurs if

      a) No printer is installed on the Workstation
      b) No default printer set in Windows
      c) Printer installation is corrupt

Even if you only want to Preview a Document or Report, a Default Printer needs to be assigned!
Please ensure that Business One can recognize a Default Printer in
the System.
In addition, check the default printer defines in the specific layout:
- Open the layout.
- Go to Print Layout Designer > Display Document Properties.
- In Format tab, check for the default printer settings.

Did you modify the print layout or is it a system layout?  Have you tried changing the print layout for PO?  Try File -> Preview Layout and select a different layout.

Thanks for your reply. My problem has been resolved. The PLD for that document has no default printer.

Thanks,
