Interactive Reporting errors - No SID found for value 'HOU' of characteristic 0UNIT

Hi,

i have created a custom interactive report in CRM to pull the service request data. When I am trying to execute the report, I am getting the below errors

No SID found for value 'HOU' of characteristic 0UNIT

Error while reading data; navigation is possible

Online analytical processing; query execution aborted

Please share your thoughts to fix these errors.

Hi CP,

this is normally caused by unit of measure. I met the similar error with "NO SID for DAY in 0UNIT", then I went to maintain the unit of measure for DAY, then problem solved.

In the system, sometime there is only internal unit of measure in German (for example DAY is TAG) which cause the this kind of problems.
