DTW import deleting existing data in UDT

Hi All,

We have just upgraded a site to 8.82 PL05 from 8.81. On 8.81 using the DTW you were able to update a single field in a selected record in a UDT. Since the upgrade to 8.82 PL05 (DTW Version 88.2.0 - API Version 8.82.67) this process no longer work. Any import that updates a field in an existing record result in the non reference columns been set to blank.

Can anyone provide an explanation as to why this is occurring?

Hi Earl,

It is either due to the old DI still functioning, or the bug in new PL. You need to check it up.

Very strange. Will investigate. I am surprise no one else has encountered this issue.

The reason is simple: not too many customers have the latest PL yet. Even if they have, they may not need to do the same as you do now.
