Hi Experts,
How to create TO(Transfer Order) after the withdrawl of material i.e after the release of process order.
Regards,
Rock
Dear
There are two set up required for WM-PP for getting TO and TR :
1.Goto Define Production Scheduling Profile -in CORY OR OPKP .Slect the scheduling profile and goto Transport tab .Here you keep the WM request option as 1-TR on release on Process Order or Production Order .
2.In OMKO for PP-WM intregration , Maintain Production Supply Area /General Tab -Production View ( Same Production Scheduling Profile ) and Warehoue Management View ( WH no and Storage Type ) .
3.Mainatain the same Production Supply Area in MRP2 view of the material .
Thanks
JH

Dear Rock ,
Goto Logistic Exceution -Warehouse Management -Interface -Define Production-Production Supply Area .Here you have to maintain PSA .You have to also maintain General Control Data Tab -PP intregraion (Assign Production Scheduling Profile Here ) and Ware House Management and Storage Type .
Same Production Supply Area you have also maintained in MRP2 viiew or BOM Item Details Screen or Work Centre .Prefernece of PSA determination will be Work Centre Default Supply Area (CR02-WC-Default Tab -PSA) , BOM , Material Master
Hope this is clear
Revert for farther help

Hi JH,
Please can you expalin in detail what setting we have to do in OMKO:
Because In OMKO i am just able to see the fields of Account assignment group & others.
So where to maintain production supply area ?
Please help me out.
Regards,
It's not OMKO it's OMK0
For replenishment Movement Type for the warehouse and storage type 100 (if it doesn't exist for your warehouse copy from warehouse 001, in OMLJ) assign movment type 319
Push button general enter plant and storage locations and select release parts
Push button PP-PI select appropriate scheduling profile and for WM request make it = 1 (Transfer requirement and transfer order on release)
Push button Whse Number and check the box PP interface active
In tcode OMLJ copy all the movement types from warehouse 001 to your warehouse (especially 319)
In OMKZ enter your warehouse number and Auto TO =1 and check the box AddId
You'd have stock removal and putaway strategies in material master for the material.
Hello D'Mello,
Did you checked & maintained "Production Scheduling Profile" setting for this requirement..?
Goto Tcode-CORY and in Transport tab, select WM Request as "Transfer Reqmt & transfer order on release".
Also, a transfer requirement/order can only be created, if
Hope this will help.

Hello D'Mello,
Off-course; along side above PP-PI config, there must be important WM config done in SAP.. 🙂
Like, you need to make sure that a plant in which you're working should be Inventory & Warehouse Managed. Automatic To creation settings also must be maintained (Tcode-OMKZ).
Also the material/component should have WM view maintained with relevant data.
Check with WM person if anything important required to be done.

Anup
Hi D'Mello,
You need to define this in Organization/Enterprise Structure.
For WM, need to define Warehouse Number and assign it to respective Plant in SPRO --> Enterprise Structure --> Definition / Assignment --> Logistics Execution.
Hope this will help. Also talk to your MM/WM consultant for more info.

Anup
Hi,
You can use special procurement key '40 - Stock transfer from another plant' in the material master MRP2 view to run this scenario.
When you do run MRP for this material, system creates Purchase req in the main plant.
Convert this into stock transfer purchase order and receive the material from another plant.
Kindly refer previous SDN forum for material master and configuartion settings.
