archive sales document vbak/vbrp

Dear Gurus,

I have archive sales document, via standard object sd_vbak, no order now appear if i use transaction va03, but when i run the abap transaction se11 and see table vbap, item level information is exits still in the system.

What is the standard sap suggest for this?

i believe there is no any object for archive sales item level information, what should i do to resolve this issue.

Looking for the gurus response.

Dear Guru,

cant fulfill the question i ask.

i archive the sd_vbak object, but in se11 all the items of sales order are coming, althogh header information is not coming. why system behaving like this, if i archieve the document why its still show the item detail in se11.

Looking for the gurus feedback.
