BRM and CRM Rule Modeler

The CRM system have their own rules system (Rule Modeler IDI).

When I have to use it or use BRM?

Is it possible use only the BRM in CRM instead IDI?

    Hi Jordi,

    When Rule modeler IDI integrated in CRM 2007 there was no alternative option (with required functionality). Later CRM Loyalty used BRFplus heavily and so many modules..

    Yes its possible to use BRM instead IDI.but you need to model again from scratch. 😉
