    Hi Nadir

Thanks for your info. With the above Termination date being in december i dont see an issue with the dates on the P45.

When was employees termination effected? As in the changes on date]

Could you try and geneate the P45 and please check on the screen where the details of output appear.

On the menu you should have an Utilities>>>Error/warning

Could you check that and paste what is the error/warning message which is being shown when you are not able to generate the P45

      Hi Naidr

Payroll period is from 1st April - That is absolutely fine. Payroll will run from 1st April and employee will get full salary.

But P45 Program runs on tax year. If empoyee leaves on 1st April, he gets a P45 for the previous tax year, If he leaves on 7th Aoril, he gets a P45 for the current tax year.

There is no ambiguity here at all.

In your case, the ee has left in December 2011.

So the selection for P45 program is 06 April 2011 tro 05 April 2012 - This is absolutely correct and Standard. there is nothing to worry about here.

    Hi Nadir

Could you please let me know the termination date of employee?

as per my understanding Employee would be impacted by when the payday falls - Is it before the 6th April or After
