Mail for completion of UD

When QA person clears the outbound delivery inspection lot, stores person should get a mail to his SAP inbox automatically.

Can anyone suggest me the simple way to do this.

there is one provision of Followup action in the selected set of UD codes.

Go to QS51 >catalog "3">go to UD code-->here filed of followup action

Against the UD code say "R"-->

you can

MAIL     Send Standard Mail

MAIL2     Send Test Mail

MAIL3     Send Log Including Long Text

In customization of followup action in Quality Inspection you can assign

FM :  QFOA_MAIL_SENDING_STANDARD

you can create your own action with own function module which will contan all your requirement.

If we do this, the user who is clearing the lot will get a mail right..correct me if I'm wrong.

But in our requirement stores person should get a mail.

Standard SAP way is to define Follow-up actions and assign it to respetive code/s in Catalog Selected Set definition.
