Dear Team,
PLease advise on how to delete old batch sessions from SM35. As the no of session are very huge, SM35 cannot be accessed. (6261944 System reading folders)
I tried to delete from report RSBDCTL6 but no sessions are deleted.
Kindly advise,
Thanks,
Regards,
Hasan
Just tried report RSBDCTL6 and it does delete batch input session if it match selection creteria.
I noticed it check for authorisation S_BDC_MONI with value BDCAKTI = REORG. Run SU53 just after executing the report to see if there is authorisation problem.

Pawan.

Dear Team,
The problem was due to the fact that the standard SAP cleanup jobs were not running. So i scheduled them which cleaned up session which are processed. But inorder to delete sessions other than processed, I need to follow point A.
Also the entries in the table APQI were around 6.5m and now it is decreasing.
