Hi Expert,
I have problem about report of Solution manager.
I need a report solman that can breakdown ticket number by user status.
the data may can display like this.
Ticket No create on user Status
12345 1/1/2012 06:00:00 open
12345 1/1/2012 07:00:00 in Process
12345 1/1/2012 07.30:00 Confirmed to customer
etc.

Hi Mas,
You can make use of the transaction code CRM_DNO_MONITOR and if you are using transaction type SLFN for your incident tickets, you can put it in the field 'transaction type'.
For Solman 7.1, You need to do this from workcenter.

but i still cannot breakdown 1 ticket number by user status
i want to display 1 ticket no to be more than 1 record in CRM_DNO_MONITOR according to user status changed.
the data may display like this
Ticket No create on Change On user Status
12345 1/1/2012 06:00:00 1/1/2012 06:00:00 open
12345 1/1/2012 06:00:00 1/1/2012 07:00:00 in Process
12345 1/1/2012 06.00:00 1/1/2012 07.30:00 Confirmed to customer
for more information, i'm using solman 7.0 dan transaction type "SLFN"
