Rajiv,

Could you elaborate you requirement?

I think you need different screen should be visible depends on type of user, right?

Like some part of screen should be visible to only some users?

Hi Rajiv,

I think you dont have access to create roles(PFCG tcode) so contact your Basis(or security consultant) admin with predefine roles available which categories with ADMIN, APPLICANT, EMPLOYEE.If it is not available then ask him to create as suggested by venkat above.

Ask your portal consultant to utilize the roles and while creating new users in USER ADMINISTRATION assign the role as per user category.

Hi Rajive,

Before creating roles u should maintain authority check objects after creting that u can create a roles for that authority object.

For creating role use T-Code -PFCG ( Here u can create single role or Comp role)

After click on create role you have to select 'AUTHORIZATIONS' tab....and click on change authorization data  and it will popup one window dont select any of templates..

And manually select authorization object and add that authorization to roles.....
