Hi Abhishek
If you are launching a PI 7.0 and PI 7.1 IR/ID from the same pc, you need to have 2 versions of java installed. PI 7.0 uses 1.4 version, PI 7.1 uses 1.5 version. See note #1614742 Using Java Web Start with different PI releases, which describes who you can set Java Web Start to use the required java version when opening the IR/ID.

Hi Radhikachetan,
What is the version of PI you are working in? java version is dependent on the PI version you are working in.
In case you unable to install a specific java version, please uninstall all older java installations from your PC and then try installing the version you need.
