Hi,

Need your assistance.

I have maintained medical allowance (by copying from M211) in infotype 0008.

I have maintained medical exemption under 0582.

I have maintained V_T7INA9 and V_T7INT9.

While processing payroll -

/3M1 is not generated

/414 is not generated

Medical exemption is not reflected u/s 10 in form 16

Could you assist me in closing the issue please?

Reg.

    Firstly

Are you talking about medical allowance or medical reimbursement , if it is medical reimbursement they are the part of Sec 17 (2) which will be subracted from Annual Gross Salary

    Secondly

Your configuration seems fine , can you please provide the details how much amount u have maintained in IT0008 and how much you have given exemption

    Hi,

IF you did all the needful configuration, then do check schema INN1 (standard, maybe it was changed with your system). I will give an example:

    ex:

Your medical allowance wagetype 1001 (copied from M211)

Your medical allowance Tax code is SMED, your medical allowance exemption wagetype is 9001

After do all the configuration in V_T7INA9 and V_T7INT9

You should edit the schema INN1:

    INCTX SMED 9001 A

Then create a sub-type for IT 0582: SMED - Medical allowance exemption

    Regard
