Equipment master custom download issue

Dear Experts,

can somebody reply on the below issue.?

i have to download custom Equipment Master(i.e. we have some custom fields at ECC) and how we can download those custom fields as well as Mapping via Middleware to CRM of those custom set types.?

please share your inputs or any useful documents on this will be rewarded.

please provide me the procedure to achieve this.
