EREC: Matching candidate qualifications with requisition criteria (Ranking method: Requisition criteria)

Hi folks,

I have difficulties in understanding how the column "Match" in the "Assignments for Requisition"-Application works.

The requirement of my customer is as follows:

  • Qualifications are assigned to a requisition
  • Qualifications are assigned to a candidate
  • The match-column is supposed to show to what extend the candidate matches the qualifications of the requisition (in percentage)

  • Requisition: Qualification A, Proficiency 2 and Qualification B, Proficiency 3
  • Candidate: has Qualification B, Proficiency 3
  • Result, that the customer expects: Match is 50 %
  • Result, that the system gives us: Match is 100 %
  • When I use the search method "All search criteria must be filled", the result is 0 %

How do I get the system to show me how many requirements the candidate meets (in percentage)? The only results I get is either 100% or 0%. How do you use this ranking method?

Thanks very much in advance for any answers.

    Hi Chris,

Which release do you use because the ranking/matching calculation is slightly different in the different releases?

    Hello Christian,

Please check if search function cdcysrch is assigned to search template 0010 in table V77RCF_SMG_NAVI. Also please make sure that note 1124565 has been implemented correctly ( Means entreis should be there in the

    system )

You can check the BADI implementation HRRCF_SEARCH_RANKING in your system through spro.

    Best Regards,
