I need activate port https

1. Wheter I follow the way http://myportal:51000/startPage-> systeminfoàInstancesàintance id, i see

OS: Unix

HTTP Port: 51000

HTTPS Port:

Telnet Port: 51008

P4 Port: 51004

VM Name: SAP Java Server VM

But how cativate this port?
