BO Ver 11.5 support of portrait/landscape report PDF

We currently have Business Objects Server Ver 11.5.3.417 and Crystal REport 2011 reports. I am able to create reports which have mixed orientation landscape/portrait page in the same report and export to PDF successfully through the designer interface. However, when I post them to the server and run the reports over the web using a URL command to export them the mixed orientation does not properly render.

Is there a service pack for this version to support this or do we have to upgrade to a later version ? What are my options beside not using mixed orientation in reports ?
