Problem While sending email to vendor in F110

Hello,

I have a requirement where I need to send an email to the vendor attaching the vendor remittance form in PDF format.

Transaction is F110.

I have found the BTE and created the custom function module.

Done the configuration in FIBF.

After this when I execute F110 and then when I check in SOST transaction it is showing me that email is sent. But when I select that record in SOST and click on display it is NOT showing me the layout in PDF format but it is showing me the layout in text format.

I have done the same requirement for the customer payment also but there I am able to send the mail and also able to see the PDF attachment.

Don’t know what is the problem for vendor.

Please help.

I don't think so there is a problem with Vendor/Customer selection, please do not get diverted from the point as this does not make any difference in sending an email.

Please check the Attchment Type and code again.... there must be some problem.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Ravindra Sonar.

    Hi

I understand you are using the BTE 2040 (see notes 836169, 556924 and related notes). Related with the format check your tcode SCOT for SMTP and check the formats for internet (see it with a Basis Consultant).

    I hope this helps you

    Regards

    Eduardo
