In Quotation Item category TAP is showing open

Dear All,

I have created one quotation with item category TAP (BOM item)

The quotation is completed but the status of item with item category is showing Open,

I have created one Sales Order with reference to this quotation but the status in Sales order is showing completed

Could any one suggest me how can I get the status in Quotation complete for the item TAP

( I can able to change the status of the item TAP if i select the field reason for rejections)

And Item category TAP has "B" in completion rule
