Problem with QM inspection in QE51N

Dear all,

we are using a standard inspection and want to check all parts and after that we decide how many of them are OK and how many are not OK. Since one week the inspection scope is as follows:

Inspect 1*1,00 PC

What has changed? The inspection plan and also charactarisitcs of the inspection plan are the same. Where can I change this setting.
