"Language Resources" Tab - What is the use in WebDynpro?????

Helo Guys,

Does someone know how to use the "Language Resources" Tab under "Web Dynpro Content Administrator".

This Tab is located near the "General","References" and "JCO Connections" tabs.

It is clear that it is related to Resource Bundle for translations but I couldn't find any documentation related to the use of this Tab.

Hi Harry,

you are right, the documentation of the Web Dynpro content administrator is not updated yet concerning this feature.

Here a short description of my side:

- the tab can be seen as a <b>I18N-test-tool</b> for checking the displayed texts based on a given session locale.

- the tab is only a viewer, it does not imply any editing functionality (for the deployed resource bundles).

- on top the current session locale and the VM locale is displayed

- the first table displays all resource bundles contained in the selected Web Dynpro project.

- the second table allows to simulate session locales by selecting an entry in a drowpdown listbox. You can the see the text value which is loaded by the Web Dynpro Runtime for the selected (session) locale based on the available resource bundles.
