Service entry sheet price change

Hi All

I need change the price in SES

Example

PO is created with value of 100 SAR

With reference to service PO they are doing the SES while doing the SES.

Based on the invoice value they entering the quantity in SES suppose they got the invoice value of 10 SAR.

In SES they entering the qty as 0.1 no’s

This scenario is suited for small value PO.

Know they created service PO value of  17,250,000.00 SAR

They send invoice value of  17,250,00.00 SAR

In SES they entering the qty as 0.1 no’s

In this case they are getting the price variance for invoice and GR due to fractions of decimals

Iinstead of entering Qty in SES enter the invoice price in SES.

But I am not able to edit the price SES level.

In SPRO I was made price change option is optional after that also I am not able to change the price at SEL level.

Hi,

May be in your case the indicator for " Price chgble. at service entry" is HIDDEN.

Now use t.code: ML90, select field slection key ML81 and select field slection group "Price and value fields" and in next screen keep Optional entry of "Price chgble. at service entry" by slecting round box and save.

Now create PO, do SES and change your price in SES!

In ML90 t code i was made the

Price and value fields" is optional entry in ME21 and ML81

Even though i am not able to change the SES price.

Hi,

Thats what you have done configuration.

Now create a fresh service PO,go to item details, in Service TAB of service line item ,
select the service line item - go to detail - in basic data, select the "price change indicator" and save ,which allow you change price during SES.

NOTE:
As your old service PO do not have that indicator, you can not change.

Issue was salved in in ML90

i was selected purchase order option in this screen i was changed field selection

Price and value fields" select as optional entry

then its appearing in PO services tab

I am facing same issue.

I did config in ML90 as explained in your post ,but unable to change price during service entry sheet ML81N .SERICE MAINTAINED AS TEXT IN SERVICE LINE ITEM

If you want to post as per the value of invoice and not as per the qty than you should use PO with limits, it will allow you to change the value in ses.

PO with service line item should be created when you have certain rates for any services, else you should use limits.

There is one option is in PO service tab to activate the price change option

My problem is i am not getting this option in PO.Please fid the screen shot attachment.

How to activate the price change option

In SPRO i made this field as optional even though i am not getting this option.

After allowing price change at the time of entry sheet in config, you will be able to view this check box in service line item in PO. You will have to tick this check box to allow changing price at the stage of entry sheet.
