Logging User Administrator actions

Hi Gurus,

We are going to handover User management activities to client team , and would like to log the actions of the user administrators. we are looking for portal to log the following actions of these admins so that a super admin can review the same.

1. Portal/ECC ID Mapping logs. (Portal is authenticated against LDAP, with ECC ID Mapped to LDAP ID in portal)

2. Group Assignment to user, Logs.

is it possible to log these actions by portal and present in a meaningful way for auditor/system administrator?
