Customer Consignment Process without using Warehouse

Hello Everyone,

I have a scenario where i need to use Customer Consignment process but the issue is there is no Warehouse. How to do Consignment Fill-up and Consignment issue without using warehouse. Basically i need to map/track Stock in transit in PGI as well.
