hello experts,

i want to define purchase order send by email to vendor after final release. please provide step by step configuration of condition , output type etc.

if any reply its valuable.

Check ur output type.....whether it is configuered correctly or not??

if all the things are correct from ur side,ask the basis consultant to check mail server configuration.

yes, i have read this note. all the setting has done. but when i click on print preview then the output massage status green but mail not sent to the vendor. any solution. its valuable reply.

plz ask ur basis guy whether the mail server is properly configuered or not.

check in SOST whether the mail has went or not....

Dear Deepak,

Please check if the combination for message type and PO document type has been created via MN05.

If not you need create it via MN04. Also when mn04, you need to assign "Comm.strategy" and "Logical destination"  field.

Then, when you create PO, you will get this message type appear automatically in the PO. When you

reach final released only, you will able to outputted this message to your vendor else you will received

message the Po is not release yet.

The auto message determination happen at time you create PO but not after you release the PO.

You only able sent it to vendor when at the time you final release it.

Hi,

In standard possible to send purchase order by email to vendor after final release ONLY. With Minimum configuration , you need play with setting of Changeability Indicator as 6 in release procedure of purchase order in Release Indicator & save.

For Example, keep following setting in Changeability Indicator setting in release procedure for PO:

ReleaseIndicator ...Released ...Changeability ...Value change % .............................Description

B ........................................................................................................................BLOCKED

R.............................X..................6.......................................................................RELEASED

have done release strategy but po has not been delivered to the vendor. have an idea about this error. please help me. process status is completed.
