LIS-BW-VB_APPLICATION_13_800 failed due to "No logon possible (no hw ID received by mssg server) "

Hi Experts,

Can any one please help to resolve the following issue and find cause for this issue.

We have LIS's job which runs every 2 hours and sudden it been failing.

Job Log.

"Job started"

"No logon possible (no hw ID received by mssg server)"

"Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE" .

I dont know what is the issue, i have checked LBWQ, SMQ1, RSA7, I dont see any entries in the system.

any one please help to resolve this issue.
