Error while creating variant - SAP Community

Dear All,

Error while creating variant in manually created t-code in SAP HR.

I went to SHD0, But after that while am saving its giving error.

I think you need to create variant in the transaction and then

Save thee tear the variant here and save

With variant also its giving error.
