I got the solution. The RFC connection which i routed is different.

What is your SolMan version? Goto SMSY and check for your respective system under Product Systems. Select the instance for the system and check for RFCs assigned for a particular client.
If no RFCs exist, you can generate them in change mode (if SolMan is <=7.01). If you SolMan is at 7.1 version, Changing the system in SMSY takes you to the LMDB Technical system Editor screen. Here got RFC maintenance and generate required RFCs. Would also recommend to run the managed system setup for the managed system via solman_setup tcode.

I think it's because you try to check ST22 in system without rfc from solution manager to this system
Go to sm59 and check the rfc connection or create it
