Currency Translation Error

Hi All

I am executing Currency Translation in EPM 10

When I execute through FXtrans Data Manager Package its completed successfully but data is not showing in reporting currency.

So I am trying to execute through the UJKT in BW, but am getting below Error:

UJF_FILE_SERVICE_ERROR:Invalid directory; cannot contain '\\' or '\ \'

And I checked UJFS in BW(File Service), there is only two LGF fiels available and these are-

1.system_constant.lgf 2.system_library.lgf

There is no other LGF files.

Please help me on this

Thanks in advance.

Srikant

    Hi

You need to maintain the FXTRANS.LGF file also in the script logic area. Suggest you to go through the following How to Doc:

      Hi Srikant

have you maintained the system_constants.lgf file?? and defined the name of the Rate application there?

      Example:

      *FUNCTION THISAPP=LEGAL *FUNCTION RATEAPP=C_RATE *FUNCTION RATEENTITYDIM=R_ENTITY *FUNCTION RATEACCOUNTDIM=R_ACCT *FUNCTION INPUTCURRENCYDIM=P_INPUTCURRENCY *FUNCTION RATEENTITYMBR=GLOBAL *FUNCTION RATESRCCALCMBR=GLOBAL
      *FUNCTION AVGRATEID=AVG *FUNCTION ENDRATEID=END *FUNCTION HISTRATEID=HIST

After that you will have to include the same in the Fxtrans.lgf

Also, you can check if you have maintained the exchange rate for the period you are running currency conversion.

I am not sure about application parameters in EPM10.0

      Regards

      Jigar
