SAP library installation

i am try to Install SAP library in SAP ERP 6.0 EHP3 but is not work.

i am download Library from SAP Market and keep share in Quality Server and Try to Configure SR13 T-code . but its show error when i click SAP library from GUI in front End .

Dear Santosh,

did you follow SAP Note 1647384 and the SAP Library Installation guide at "http://service.sap.com/instguides" ==> "SAP Library"?
If not then please check the note and the guides and install everything again.

Please check the DVDs which have to be used for in SAP Note 1647383.

Please also check SAP Note 857216.
