License Manager prompts after install

After installing Crystal with minimal options, I still continually get the LM prompt asking for more keys. I don't have additional keys so choosing OK or CANCEL immediately closes Crystal.

What would be the fix to this?

I'm using Windows 7-64bit. Installed using "Run As Admin", turned off AV & FW during install. Crystal 2011 and I downloaded the code directly from http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crystalreports/51041020.ZIP
