How to add new "tabs" and "properties" to Shop Management (non-CRM Shops)

Hi,

We are having trouble in adding new tabs and properties to the Shop Management of R3 Shops specifically non-CRM shops, we're missing the ShopR3.xml file.

Can anyone please provide a step by step process of adding these tabs and properties? Thank you in advance!
